The Subzero “NANO CHILL” are controllers that integrates all the basic control functions required by a chiller.
A user friendly LCD screen displays all parameters, status and alarm messages. It is a panel mounted controller dedicated to control the chiller and its various devices.
There are safety features which include shutting down the system incase of a fault from HP, LP, Liquid level & Anti-freeze for NC110 and HP, LP, SPP , AUX fault, Pump O/L, Cond. O/L, Antifreeze Liquid Level for NC120. |

A user friendly LCD screen displays all parameters and message alarms on the display. In addition to the LCD there are LED’s provided for instant status of all controls in the system. The Microchill controller allows you to manage refrigeration units having different configurations.
There are safety features which include shutting down compressor incase of OSS, COMP, HP, LP, O/L faults. When a fault in the pump occur, then pump & condenser will get shut down in case of Pump O/L , SPP, Low liquid level. |

The Subzero ‘MEGA CHILL’ is a controller that integrates all the control functions required by a chiller. It is a complete, independent, rugged and highly reliable unit. It is one of the most efficient chiller controller of it’s kind in the country with the kind of features it provides.
A user friendly LCD screen displays all parameters and message alarms on the display. In addition to the LCD there are LED’s provided for instant status of all controls in the system. The Mega Chill controller allows you to manage refrigeration units having different configurations.
The parameters are protected with a hardware key known as ”PROKEY”. Without prokey user cannot change parameters, but can view the parameters. Thus prevent’s any unauthorized access to the parameters.
It protects compressor & other devices by Switching them OFF incase of respective faults. For example it trips the compressor on HP fault and not switching it on till the fault persists. |
